Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 7 October 2026
We want BusinessPilotOS to work for people with different abilities, devices and connections. This is where we are today.
1. Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the site formally audited by a third party, so we do not claim full conformance.
2. What we have done
- A skip-to-content link and clear page landmarks
- Headings in a logical order and descriptive link text
- Text alternatives on photos and illustrations
- Touch targets sized for fingers on phones
- Layouts that adapt from phone to desktop without sideways scrolling
- Colours chosen for contrast, with light and dark themes that follow your device setting
- Forms with visible labels and keyboard-friendly controls
- Pages that load quickly on slower connections, with images in modern, compact formats
3. Known limitations
- The signed-in workspace has had less accessibility testing than the public website
- Embedded Google Maps frames are provided by Google and we cannot fully control their accessibility
- Some tables and charts in the workspace may be harder to use with a screen reader than we would like
4. Tell us about a barrier
Email support@businesspilotos.com with the page, what went wrong and the device or assistive technology you use. We will reply, and where we can fix the problem we will put it in the next update.
