The free tools and document generators produce results from the numbers and text you enter. If an input is wrong, incomplete or out of date, the result will be too. Treat outputs as estimates and drafts, and check them before you send, sign or file them.

Where the optional AI Copilot is enabled, its answers are produced by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. Read them critically and compare them with your own records.

The product is built so that nothing reaches a customer or changes your books without a person approving it. You stay responsible for what you approve.

How AI requests are handled is described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy and on the Subprocessors page.

Figures such as revenue, balances and job profit are calculated from the records entered into your workspace. They are only as accurate as those records. They do not replace your accountant's or bookkeeper's reports.

Some pages link to or embed content from other organisations, for example a map on the Contact page. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Features, plans and wording can change as the product develops. We update the date at the top of this page when its content changes.
