Back-office software for restaurants, cafés and caterers
Your till handles the tables. BusinessPilotOS handles the work around them: catering orders and private events that need a quote and an invoice, supplier costs that decide your margin, corporate clients who pay on account and the certificates and records an inspector may ask to see.
Events and catering orders
Quote a private dinner or a catering order in line items, book the date, and invoice the client from the accepted quote, with part payments recorded against it.
Supplier costs that move every week
Record each supplier invoice as an expense with its category, and see food, packaging and other costs next to what you invoiced for the period.
Records you must keep to hand
Store supplier documents, certificates and food safety records in the Document Center with expiry dates, and see what expires soon on the Compliance Radar.
How a job flows through it

Who it suits
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens and caterers that already have a till and want quotes, invoices, costs and documents for the work a till does not cover.
What to know before you start
BusinessPilotOS is not a point-of-sale system: it does not take table orders, print kitchen tickets, manage stock or connect to delivery apps. Table reservations can be recorded as bookings but guests cannot book online.
Frequently asked questions
Can it replace my till?
No. Keep your till for table service. Use BusinessPilotOS for catering, events, accounts customers, costs and documents.
Can I keep food safety records here?
You can upload and organise them, set expiry dates and get them on the Compliance Radar. Which records you must keep depends on where you operate.
Can I invoice a corporate client monthly?
Yes. Create the invoice with the month's items and record payments as they arrive; overdue balances are flagged in Insights.
