Business software for barbershops

A barbershop lives on regulars and full chairs. BusinessPilotOS gives every client a record, every barber a calendar and every payment a place, so you can see who is due back and which barber is booked solid without flicking through a paper diary.

Walk-ins and bookings in one day

Record walk-ins as they sit down and bookings as they are made, each assigned to a barber, so the calendar shows the real day and not just the phone bookings.

Regulars who drift away

Each client record shows past visits and payments, so it is easy to spot a regular who has not been in for a while and decide whether to get in touch.

Products and supplies

Record what you spend on blades, products and supplies as expenses with a supplier, and see costs next to what the shop has invoiced each month.

How a job flows through it

  1. 1Add the client the first time they visit
  2. 2Create the appointment and assign the barber
  3. 3Mark the service done and invoice from the booking
  4. 4Record the payment the client makes
  5. 5Check the client's history before their next visit

Who it suits

Independent barbershops and small chains with a few chairs that take bookings by phone or message and want one record of clients and takings.

What to know before you start

Clients cannot book themselves online yet, there is no card terminal or till, and reminders are never sent automatically. Commission and payroll for barbers are not calculated.

Frequently asked questions

Can each barber have their own column in the calendar?

Each booking is assigned to a team member and the calendar shows who is booked when. A per-chair column layout is not available.

Does it take card payments?

No. Record payments as they are made, by cash, card machine or transfer, and BusinessPilotOS keeps the balance per invoice.

Can I set it up with barbershop terms?

Yes. Choose Barbershop in Business setup and the workspace uses words such as clients, appointments and services. You can rename them.
