BusinessPilotOS does not connect to government portals, submit applications or tell you which documents an authority requires; statuses are updated by your team. Customers cannot upload documents themselves yet.

Does it know the official requirements for each application?
No. Requirements change by authority and service. Build your own checklists; the product never invents them.
Who can see customer identity documents?
Only people whose role allows documents, and downloads are logged. Restricted categories are limited further to owners, admins and accountants.
Can I call tickets 'service requests'?
Yes. Choose Document clearing & PRO in Business setup and the workspace uses service requests and applications.
