Business software for retail, wholesale and trading companies

Counter sales are only part of a shop's work. Trade accounts want quotations, distributors work on invoices and terms, and every supplier sends paperwork. BusinessPilotOS keeps those customers, quotes, invoices, payments and supplier costs in one place.

Trade customers on account

Quote bulk or special orders in line items, convert the accepted quote into an invoice and record part payments, with overdue balances flagged automatically.

Supplier paperwork everywhere

Record supplier invoices as expenses and keep agreements, price lists and import documents in the Document Center, searchable and with expiry dates where they apply.

Knowing your best accounts

Each customer record shows quotes, invoices and payments, so you can see who buys most and who pays late.

Frequently asked questions

Does it track stock?

No. Inventory is not built yet. Use your stock system and BusinessPilotOS for customers, quotes, invoices and costs.

Can I issue quotations in different currencies?

Each workspace has one currency, chosen at setup. It cannot be changed once money has been recorded.

Can my team only see some customers?

Access is controlled by role and module, not per customer record.
