Field service management for small teams

Field service work is a loop of request, quote, visit, invoice and payment, repeated across many customers and technicians. BusinessPilotOS runs that loop in one workspace, with the AI assistant pointing out jobs nobody is assigned to and invoices nobody has chased.

Jobs with nobody assigned

Schedule each job and assign a technician; BusinessPilotOS AI suggests the least-loaded person for jobs starting soon, and a manager approves before anything changes.

Completed work that is never billed

When a job is completed, invoice it in one step from its accepted quote, and the AI flags finished jobs that still have no invoice.

Time and parts on site

Technicians log time against the job and record parts and fuel as expenses, so the cost of every visit is known.

How a job flows through it

  1. 1Log the request and the site address
  2. 2Send an itemised quote
  3. 3Schedule the visit and assign a technician
  4. 4Log time and parts, then complete the job
  5. 5Invoice the job and record payment

Who it suits

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pest control, appliance repair, security installation and other service businesses with a small team of technicians.

What to know before you start

There is no GPS tracking, route optimisation or offline mobile app, and repeating visits are created one by one. The AI proposes actions; it never sends messages or changes records without approval.

Frequently asked questions

Do technicians need a separate app?

No. They sign in from a phone browser with a technician role that limits what they can see and change.

Can the AI dispatch jobs on its own?

No. It recommends an assignee with its reason, and a person with permission approves it.

Is there a maintenance-contract feature?

Not yet. Record each visit as its own job; recurring scheduling is planned.
